Founded in 2006, New Found Sound has created, managed, programmed and marketed award-winning campaigns for both businesses and artists. Our team is made up of a mix of musicians, PR professionals, promoters, artist managers and music journalists.
We currently co-write a weekly column in The Scotsman (Scotland On Sunday) having done so since 2007. Some of our clients include artist development network Off Axis (they have a stage at festivals like Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival and over the past 18 months the non-profit has organised over 300 gigs / festival slots, resulting in £50,000 going directly to musicians. We’ve also crafted campaigns for other clients, including festivals and brands such as XpoNorth, Sonica, Miller Genuine Draft, Kopparberg, Un-Convention, Cryptic, Scottish Music Centre, CommonGround Fest and the Downhill Mountain Bike World Cup to name a few.
